Pharmacology: Tylvalosin Tartrate is macrolide antibiotics. And its cell membrane has good permeability, and has quite strong appetency towards bacteria 70S ribosome, which can control protein synthesis, hence control bacteria proliferation. Tylvalosin Tartrate has antimicrobial activity to gram-positive bacterium, also effective to gram-positive bacterium that has drug resistance to other antibiotics, whereas barely work against gram-negative bacterium. Tylvalosin Tartrate has high antimicrobial activity towards mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma hyosynoviae.
Indication: Used for swine mycoplasma infection and poultry mycoplasma infection.
Precautions:
1. Tylvalosin Tartrate might cause human contact dermatitis, and avoid directly exposure to skin and eyes.
2. It might cause dose dependency gastrointestinal dysfunction (such as vomit, diarrhea, Intestinal pain, etc.)
3. Unfit to use together with other macrolides, lincosamides, chloramphenicol.(they have similar target spot.)
4. Antagonistic action occurs when use together with β- monobactams.
5. Forbidden to use on egg chicken during egg producing period.
Withdrawal time:3 days for swine, 5 days for poultry.
Usage and dosage: Calculate based on Tylvalosin Tartrate. Mixed feed: Every 1000kg feed, 50~75g for pig, 100~300g for poultry, continuous use for 7 days.
