Product Name:Robenidine Hydrochloride
Specification:6.6%;10%
Description:Off-white powder
EINECS:247-307-8
Pharmacology:The mechanism of robenidine against coccidioides is that it affects adenosine triphosphate and interferes with coccidioides protein metabolism.
Indications:
1.Poultry
Robenidine has been widely used as an anti-coccidioides in for chickens and 60mg/kg feed concentration has a good prevention and treatment effect on tender, toxic, Brinell, giant, compound-type and ease the single or mixed infection of early early emmett. The effect on the toxic and mild emmetella coccidioides was similar to that of robenidine (125mg/kg).The preventive effect on soft, piled, giant and Brucellosis was better than that on robenidine.
2.According to the test, feeding chicken with a low concentration (30mg/kg) does not affect the host's immunity to coccidioides, but it does affect the anti-coccidioides effect. Therefore, the concentration of 60mg/kg is still appropriate for the outbreak of acute coccidiosis.
(1)It is suggested that the reasonable application of robenidine will have better anti-coccidioides effect.
(2) High feed concentration (60mg/kg) can make chicken, chicken liver and even eggs produce disgusting odor, but low feed concentration (30mg/kg) does not.In the case of acute explosive coccidiosis, it is advisable to use high drug concentration first, and then maintain low concentration after 1~3 weeks.
(3) Some coccidioides can survive as long as 14 days with robenidine, so early withdrawal of the drug often leads to coccidiosis recurrence.
(4) Laying hens are forbidden.
(5) Withdrawal Time : bird 5 days, rabbit 7 days.
